NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - A.J. Benza has written the book, '74 and Sunny.' The noted New York journalist has been through his share of ups and downs which he chronicles in the new memoir.
"I fell on hard times bad, lost everything. I started to drive a cab 14 hours a day. I started to drive around the neighborhoods my father took me to and stories about my dad came to my had and that's when the idea for this book came into fruition," said Benza.
Three years ago, Benza believed his book would lead him to Good Day New York where he could discuss his turnaround.
"Could you believe it?" said Benza.
