NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - It took more than a decade, but the sequel to the 2002 mega-hit movie, 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding,' is here and so is all the drama.
"Windex has a little part. It's put in there just as a little side. It's a continuation," joked actress Lazie Kazan.
'My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2' is written by Nia Vardalos who stars in both films.
"We'd go to dinner. We are all good friends. And I'd say, Nia, when? And she would say 'not now.' She had a daughter. She said when she adopted this little girl she understood what mothering was about. It gave her impetus to do the script," said Kazan.
Brooklyn native Kazan reprises her role as 'Maria Portokalos.'
'My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2' opens in theaters March 25.
