'My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2' trailer debuts

Get ready for another big and fat Greek wedding. Nia Vardalos and John Corbett return in My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2, the sequel to the surprise 2002 hit. This time, Nia's parents are the ones getting married after the discover that the priest at their first nuptials never signed the marriage certificate.

Universal Pictures, which is distributing the film, released the first official trailer for the comedy. It shows that Toula (Vardalos) and Ian (Corbett) are still together and that their daughter is getting ready to apply to colleges. [Scroll down to watch the trailer.]

Much of the cast from the original has returned for the follow-up.

The first movie was such a big hit that it spawned a poorly received sitcom starring Vardalos titled "My Big Fat Greek Life" that lasted only a few episodes. The show renamed the main characters and recast the Corbett role.
