Window washer accused of stealing jewels

EVESHAM, N.J. (AP) - Police are looking for an employee of a Philadelphia widow washing company who is accused of stealing $28,000 worth of jewels from two New Jersey homes.

Evesham police say a homeowner reported jewelry was missing after Paul's Window Cleaning Service had worked there on July 7.

The homeowner told police on July 12 she found her engagement ring in the driveway, but a jeweler had determined the center diamond had been replaced by an imitation diamond.

Police say they then linked the window cleaning company to an earlier jewelry theft.

Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of 44-year-old Brandon Sanabria of Philadelphia.

Officers say the management of Paul's Cleaning Service has been extremely cooperative in the investigation and is not suspected in the case.
