NJ Transit train disabled at Penn Station

An NJ Transit train was delayed due to power problems.
The train with about 600 passengers was delayed right before entering Penn Station at 4:45 p.m. A rescue engine was sent at 5:14 p.m. to pull the train into track 8 at Penn Station.
There have been no reported injuries, and passengers did not have to evacuate.
The cause of the power problem is not yet known.
The disabled train comes during what is called the ‘Summer of Hell’ for commuters as many changes among the MTA, Amtrak, and NJ Transit are taking place as construction to rehab tracks and stations goes on.
There is no word as to whether the power problems are associated with the Penn Station rehab.
